Workshop and classes terms and conditions.

 Please note that when you book a course you are agreeing to and are bound by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect of the moment they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time you use this website and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.

Booking a class

 The easiest way to book a class is on our website via our online booking system, which can accept payment via Paypal. Alternatively you can contact us to save a place for you while you put a cheque in the post of the full amount made payable to 'Dizzy Di'. We can a accept cash payment but you will need to bring it to us in person on either a Tuesday or Wednesday10.30 to 3.30pm. Once full payment for a class has been made your place will be booked and you should receive a class confirmation no later than 2 weeks before the course.

Cancellation Policy Refunds

Our jewellery making classes are very popular and places are limited. If for any reason you need to cancel your place on a course, if we are able to find another student to fill your place then will offer you a refund minus a 20% admin charge. However if we cannot find someone to fill your place then no refund can be issued. If you are booked on a course and do not turn up on the day then no refund or transfer will be given.

Class Transfers:

If you cannot attend a class and would like to transfer your booking to another class. You will need to pay the full amount for the current booked class and we can offer you 50% discount on booking the same class again within 3 months of the original class. However, this is not a guarantee that we will run the same workshop within this time frame or that you will get a place on this class.

If we Cancel a Class: In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a course you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We will also always give you as much notice as possible but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements.

Postage Postal charges

 vary please check before ordering, when ordering more than one item discounts will be given. International customers please contact me for costs.

Payment for goods My preferred method of payment is pay pal, to use pay pal you do not need an account with them. Personal cheques and postal orders are accepted. Please email me for further details, goods will only be sent once payment has been completed and has been cleared within the bank account.

Returns Policy If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact me within 24 hours of delivery via email to arrange returns.

Refunds will only be given once goods are returned to me in the same condition that I posted them out. You will need proof of posting or sign for as i will not be responsible for goods not arriving back and I will not reimburse postage.

Photo's and Size Whilst every effort is made to depict accurately the size and colour of beads and jewelery, please read descriptions carefully! Please note pictures are not shown actual size, different monitors and colour resolutions they may look a different on your computer.

 Caution

Beads and jewellery contain small parts they are not suitable for small children as can cause choking
