General Terms and Conditions
Workshop and classes terms and conditions
Please note that when you book a course you are agreeing to and are bound by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect the moment they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time you use this website and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.
Booking a class
The easiest way to book a class is on our website via our online booking system, which accepts payment via Paypal. Alternatively if you want to pay by cheque, you can put a cheque in the post of the full amount made payable to 'Dizzy Di' and contact us to save a place for you. We can also accept cash payments but you will need to bring it to us in person during the shop opening times 9.30am to 4.30pm. Once full payment for a class has been made your place will be booked and you should receive a class confirmation no later than 2 weeks before the course.
Cancellation Policy Refunds
Our jewellery making classes are very popular and places are limited. If for any reason you need to cancel your place on a course, if we are able to find another student to fill your place then you will be offered a refund minus a 20% admin charge. However if we cannot find someone to fill your place then no refund can be issued. If you are booked on a course and do not turn up on the day then no refund or transfer will be given.
Class Transfers
If you cannot attend a class and would like to transfer your booking to another class, you will need to pay the full amount for the current booked class and we can offer you 50% discount on booking the same class again within 3 months of the original class. However, this is not a guarantee that we will run the same workshop within this time frame or that you will get a place on this class.
If we cancel a Class
In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a course you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We will also always give you as much notice as possible but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements.
Payment for goods
My preferred method of payment is PayPal, you do not need to hold an account with PayPal to use this facility.
Photos and Size
Whilst every effort is made to depict accurately the size and colour of beads and jewelry, please read descriptions carefully! Please note pictures are not shown actual size; due to different monitors and colour resolutions they may look different on your computer. Where an item is offered in a choice of colours, any colours shown may be approximate.
Caution
Beads and jewellery contain small parts which are a choke hazard so they are not suitable for small children.
